Hey, I'm Kayla—nice to meet you! I'm a graphic designer with a BA in Design from Western Washington University and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
Design has always found its way into my passions throughout all phases of my life. In middle school, I wanted to be a fashion designer, then an interior designer. In high school, I took to designing costumes, lights, sounds, and sometimes sets for theater. Finally, in my sophomore year of high school, I discovered graphic design, and it's grown from there.
Aside from my career in design, I love designing my home. I've even gone so far as to design and build a couple of pieces of furniture for my apartment, as well as refinish some vintage furniture. My current creative hobbies include 3D printing and block printing.
Outside of work, a few important things about me are that I'm a dog owner to the most adorable pup named Hope, an oat milk latte addict, and an indoor plant hoarder.
Here's my dogs, in case you needed to see a couple dogs today.
(I lost Blossom (left) in May but I'm not quite ready to take her sweet little face off here so I hope you enjoy her them both)
